NXT 24 services qualify as post-surgical medical care under IRS Section 213, making them eligible for HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) reimbursement. We provide itemized receipts for all services. Traditional insurance coverage varies by plan — we recommend checking with your provider, and our coordinators can help you understand what documentation you'll need.

We support any same-day discharge surgery — plastic and reconstructive procedures (tummy tuck, BBL, breast surgery, liposuction, mommy makeovers), facial procedures (rhinoplasty, facelift, brow lift), orthopedic surgeries, bariatric procedures, gender-affirming surgeries, and general outpatient operations. If your surgeon expects you home the same day, we should be your next call after scheduling.

We recommend booking as soon as you have your surgery date confirmed — ideally at least 72 hours in advance. That gives us time to match you with the right nurse and prepare the facility. That said, we accommodate urgent requests as quickly as possible. Contact your care coordinator directly if your surgery is in less than 48 hours.

Every NXT 24 caregiver is a licensed registered nurse (RN) with active Georgia licensure and post-surgical care experience. We do not use CNAs, medical assistants, or unlicensed aides in primary care roles. All nurses are background-checked, credentialed, and matched to your specific procedure type. You'll receive your nurse's name, photo, and credentials via text before your surgery day.

The NXT 24 facility is a private recovery suite — not a clinic, not a hospital room, not a shared ward. Think of it as a luxury hotel room purpose-built for medical recovery. Private bed, adjustable lighting, temperature control, and integrated monitoring equipment. Everything has been selected around post-surgical comfort and clinical safety. You'll have your own space, and your nurse will be steps away at all times.

Your watch team is on-site throughout the night — not on-call, physically present. If we identify a concerning trend in your vitals, we address it immediately. If the situation requires hospital-level intervention, we initiate emergency transport and accompany you to the ER, providing the clinical team with a complete record of everything that occurred during your care window. You are never left alone to navigate a health crisis.

Yes. One support person is welcome to accompany you to the facility and to visit during your recovery window. We'll coordinate visitor timing with your care team to make sure it doesn't interfere with your rest or clinical care. Please let your coordinator know in advance so we can arrange the logistics.

We offer pet concierge coordination as part of our full-service package. We'll arrange for your pet to be checked on, fed, and walked during your 24-hour care window so you're not worried about what's happening at home. Just mention this at booking and your coordinator will handle the details. This is exactly the kind of thing we've thought through so you don't have to.

Your nurse contacts the surgical center in advance to coordinate the handoff. On surgery day, we text you two hours before your expected discharge time to confirm. When you're discharged, your nurse is already in the building. They receive the post-op summary from the surgical team directly, and then you leave together — no waiting, no phone calls, no figuring out a ride while you're still coming out of anesthesia. Transport to the NXT 24 facility is included.

Your care package includes: licensed RN pickup at discharge, transport to the NXT 24 facility, private recovery suite for 24 hours, continuous vital signs monitoring, medication administration and documentation, post-surgical meals appropriate to your dietary restrictions, hourly family updates, pain management tracking, coordination with your surgical team, and pet concierge coordination if needed. Your care coordinator will review the full package with you before surgery day.

Yes. Surgical procedures don't schedule around weekends, and neither do we. NXT 24 operates seven days a week, including major holidays. Pricing and availability may vary on certain dates — your care coordinator will confirm this when you book.

We currently serve the greater Atlanta metro area — Buckhead, Midtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles of the city center. If your surgical center is outside that radius, contact us anyway — we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis and are actively expanding our coverage area.

Your coordinator will send a packing list before surgery day. Generally: comfortable loose clothing appropriate for your procedure, your prescribed medications (we'll handle administration), a phone charger, and any personal items that help you feel at ease. The facility provides bedding, towels, and toiletries. Don't overpack — you're there to rest, not to set up camp.

Contact your care coordinator as soon as you know about the change. We'll move your booking to the new date at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled surgery date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a rebooking fee.
